I am a native of Arizona and have been involved in the real estate industry for the last 10 years. I was born in the Phoenix area and grew up in Scottsdale but have lived in several areas of phoenix, now residing in the Anthem area, with my husband and two kids and we absolutely love it!

I have been a Short Sale listing agent for the last few years, working closely with the attorney's affiliated with my brokerage, to a successful close of escrow. I have a large Canadian buyer base, and love working with first time home buyers. It is such a rewarding experience for me, to see the excitement on their face when you hand them the keys to their new home. I have also worked as a new home specialist with one of the top home builders in the U.S. There is nothing like taking a buyer into a new home community and walking through the beautiful models and seeing their eyes light up, knowing that this could be there next home. The process of purchasing a new build versus a resale are different from one another meaning that you actually design your home to your liking and watch it being built from ground up. The fun part is going out with my buyers in the different stages and either taking pictures, or video taping the progress of their new home from start to finish.
