I'm real estate consultant and business owner. I taught first and second grade for 5 years, but then gave it up to have a few munchkins of my own. Somewhere between giving birth and changing diapers I managed to start a real estate consulting company with my best friend and business partner. Our company, Effektive Solutions has been providing a variety of marketing and technology solutions to real estate agents and title companies for over 3 years now. We recently launched MyMarketWare http://mymarketware.com/, a single property Website solution. I'm also co-author of the popular real estate technology blog, http://www.mytechopinion.com/ where I enjoy sharing my opinions on the latest real estate tech products and services. I'm a  contributor to http://blog.homegain.com/ and I write a tech column for Chicago Agent Magazine.
