About Our Broker Owner
Ninah, a retired divorce attorney from California, jokes that she used to sell real estate indirectly. Real estate has always been a passion of hers, first as an investor in California, then in Colorado. She fell in love with the Western Slope of Colorado during her first visit in the summer of 2002, where she decided she would like to retire. Not long after returning to California, she decided to "retire" sooner rather than later. So, she sold her house and her law practice and moved to Colorado in the fall of 2003.
Ninah promptly obtained her Colorado real estate license and began working in her new career in February, 2004, initially for a company in Montrose. She later moved to another company in Ridgway to gain more knowledge and experience in the Ouray County real estate market. When Ninah was later approached about buying CENTURY 21 Action Realty, it didn't take her long to realize it was an opportunity she couldn't pass up. Consequently, as of October, 2006, Ninah became the new owner broker of CENTURY 21 Action Realty. Ninah is excited about the new directions she is taking the company. She enjoys working with her great team of agents and looks forward to many years as part of the "Action Team" at CENTURY 21 Action Realty.
When not working in real estate, Ninah enjoys all that the Colorado lifestyle offers, including skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, kayaking, and photographing the beautiful Colorado scenery. In addition to her outdoor activities, Ninah loves music and theater. She sings and plays guitar and piano and attends live concerts and local theater whenever she gets the chance. Ninah lives in Ridgway, Ouray County, with her life partner, 2 horses, 2 Airedale dogs, and 2 cats.
