What You Can Expect

One of the first things my clients comment on is the fact that I return their phone calls! I was a bit surprised to hear that that made me stand out, but we've all experienced what it's like trying to reach a service provider with frustrating results.

It is extremely important to me that I provide you with an outstanding level of service. You can count on me to give you accurate and timely information, and the benefit of my real estate market knowledge so that you can make an informed decision about, what may be, the biggest investment decision of your life. If I don't immediately have the answer, I will research it and get it for you.

Working with Buyers and Sellers

I work with different types of sellers and buyers. Whether you are selling the home in which you raised your family, and now want to downsize, or whether you are excited about purchasing your first home. You may be buying a luxury home; a compact condominium or an investment property. Whether you like detailed emails, or u like 2 txt and tweet. I am happy to work with you to meet your needs!

Sellers

I will do a thorough market analysis of your home. What this means is that I will show you how similar homes in your market have been priced and how long they took to sell. We'll identify where your house fits in that price range, and discuss how to best prepare it to sell as quickly as possible, and how to ensure the maximum sales price. I'll also let you know what to expect throughout the process, and keep you informed about showings and feedback on your home. I've prepared a document for you to know in advance what fees you should expect at closing, so there won't be any surprises.

Buyers

I will help you focus your property search so you do not waste time seeing properties that don't meet your housing and financial requirements. If you're a first time buyer, or you haven't purchased real estate in a long time, I will make sure to explain the real estate transaction process to you so you'll know what to expect. You can rely on my experience and knowledge to guide you in the housing market.

I am a full-time realtor and represent buyers and sellers in towns and cities throughout Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
