Janet is not only a full time, NJ Licensed Realtor for 10 years, but holds a Broker's License, which only 5% of Realtors obtain.  This required 150 hours of additional Real Estate Schooling for Real Estate, Management and NJ Law in which after completion and passing the school, you must test with the State of NJ to obtain that license.  Customer Service is very important to me, as well as, educating the consumer on the Real Estate process so there are no surprises.  I depend on those referrals!
