I was a first-time buyer with limited knowledge of real estate looking for a serious bargain in San Francisco. Nicole saw me coming and took me from point A to Z almost flawlessly. She took my confused, obfuscated concept of what I thought I was looking for and steered me through properties that matched my needs, against the odds, considering the limited volume of homes for sale in SF. We went through around twenty homes over two months. Each one we visited she would pepper me with questions and about half way through I relived she was profiling my responses to help her tailor the next option closer to my desires. Her insight of the dynamics in home-purchasing kept me intimately and honestly informed steering me clear of several bad options and ultimately making me aware of the best deal possible. I remember how uncomfortable my TIC partners seemed.
