Albuquerque Country Real Estate and Horse Properties
My husband, Brian, and I have been in real estate in the Albuquerque area for over 20 years. We have our own office (www.ChoicesRealEstate.com) and are very web-savvy and responsive.

We specialize in the rural areas surrounding Albuquerque, including Bosque Farms, Peralta, Belen, Tijeras, Cedar Crest, Edgewood, Moriarty, Placitas, and Corrales, and particularly in horse properties. As long-time horse owners, and the parents of four daughters who have enjoyed competing in everything from reining to barrels and poles to hunter/jumper shows, we've had a lot of experience in the equestrian world.
Horse Property Specialist
I first moved to Albuquerque at the age of three, and have seen Albuquerque grow and change tremendously in that time. I'm very familiar with all areas in and around Albuquerque, and am happy to help buyers and sellers of many different kinds of property, but what is closest is working with buyers and sellers in the small towns and rural areas outside Albuquerque, and have a special interest in horse properties.
I'm very computer-literate; in fact, I have done much of the programming on our websites. I've long felt a sort of "mission" to help folks find country properties and small-town and village homes in whatever area. To that end, I've also been involved with Circumlocation, Inc., in developing some nationwide real estate databases, at http://www.ruralhomes.com/ and http://www.smalltownhomes.com/, as well as my own local website. I'm mainly interested in non-urban properties, old-fashioned communities, organic lving, and the rural lifestyle.
