I became an accredited HSR Professional Home Stager because I could see the need of sellers to have someone look at their home with buyers eyes and tell them what they should do to prepare it properly. I bring to the table years of experience staging homes for our real estate investing business.

It all starts with a 2 hour consultation where I make reccommendations. I compile a list to give the seller, which I call  " The Top Ten Report" This list focuses on the most important changes needed to their home to get the greatest return on their investment and help to sell the home faster. The price for the consultation is $125.

After the seller completes everything on the list I come back and stage the home to make it show like a model. Most homes can be staged in 4 hours or less. Some may require more time. I offer a variety of options. Prices for a half day of staging start at $250.

If you have a vacant home I also offer Vacant Home Staging because statistics show that only 10% of buyers can imagine what a home would look like furnished. I have had lots of experience selling vacant homes, and it's true that it is much easier when the home is furnished. Statictics also show they sell faster and closer to the asking price. You should allow 1-3% of the homes price for staging and furniture rental.

I handle everything from the furniture rental, delivery, set up, assessories, fine tuning for Open Houses, as well as Staging break down & pick up. You can relax and leave everything up to me. "Preparing your home to SELL is my Business".
