Wholesale Mortgage Rates: You Choose Your Rate!

As the broker/owner of Esquire Mortgage, thank you for contacting me.  What makes me different than any other mortgage broker?  I allow clients to "choose their rate" by showing the lender wholesale rate sheet.   If the rate they choose offers a rebate from our lenders, they end up not paying me a dime!!!

 

I've been in the business since 1992 listing and selling S.F. Bay Area properties, and also provide mortgage services.  I am an Alumni of Golden Gate University, and J.F.K.U.,  School of Law.  I am an Adjunct Professor and certified mortgage and real estate instructor having taught the N.M.L.S. and SAFE Act courses for direct lenders, mortgage brokers, and their loan officers.  Additionally, I teach at Riverside Community College.   I've been negotiating short sales for several years and thoroughly know the process.
