About Me:
Born in Connecticut, I attended the University of Connecticut with a degree in Communication Sciences. I owned a contracting business for over 10 years, providing me invaluable sales experience and insight into the remodeling process. I’ve traveled all over the world, exposing me to other cultures and helping me appreciate the amazing opportunities we have here at home.
In 2003, I made the move to sunny California and hit the ground running. I feel fortunate now to combine my business background with my desire to help people achieve their goals.
I joined Cooper and Associates Real Estate and Streamline Funding and helped grow these companies from their infancy. I am currently Owner and President of Streamline Funding and very active as a real estate investment planner. I use my extensive personal experience as a real estate investor and fixing properties to help every client make wise choices to achieve their financial goals, whether they're a first-time buyer or a savvy investor.
My mission is to empower people through education. I teach the average person how to make wise financial choices with their real estate acquisitions and mortgage equity planning that builds future wealth. This message of “Streetwise Real Estate Investing” has been warmly received.
I’ve published articles in Real Estate and Finance, Sacramento Home Digest, and the Sacramento Bee.
Our company has an outreach campaign into the Hispanic community, including radio spots on a Sacramento Spanish Radio station.
I’ve spoken at numerous seminars, conferences, and workshops.
I grow my business exclusively by referral, so your ultimate satisfaction is crucial to my success.
When I’m not working for my clients I spend my free time volunteering for various charities and causes, including the Alzheimer’s Association, NAACP, Breast Cancer Society, Autism Research, and the Food Bank.
