Most people still remember the old Apple Computer ad's of ' Think Different '. The ads themselves were always creative and lived up to the 'Think Different' slogan.Here at Coldwell Banker Wright Realty we make it our mission to think outside of the box with innovative and cutting edge marketing solutions for our sellers and buyers. We aren't a new agency ( Wright Realty began over 30 years ago and has been part of the local real estate community from it's earliest founding days) but we do have new owners, new ideas and new energy.

We know that real estate is changing and we want to be more than just another company following along. We enjoy change and have made the commitment financially and operationally to embrace the new technology tools and new mediums to help our clients sell their homes faster and easier. The result of these efforts with our sellers creates a multitude of services for the buyers of real estate out there. We know the buyers want photos, lots of them. The MLS only allows for 12 photos so we decided to give each of our properties their own website where we can display LARGE photos and as many of them as we want. In fact, we have even driven out to a property to take  specific photos on request of a buyer via e-mail and promptly put them on the website to help this buyer.

We have a full time webmaster and technical person available to our sellers and clients are provided with passwords to access website traffic reports, marketing material we are working on for them or blogs or podcasts we have created for them.
