Hi, My name is Bruce Dicks, Realtor, age 39 and a life time resident of Columbia County, Fl. (Lake City, Fl). In fact, my family dates back to 1860's as residents of Columbia County. I am also a Ham Radio Operator and have had my license for approx. 7 years. My call sign is KF4FFW.

I serve the Lake City, Fl., Fort White, Branford and Live Oak, Fl. areas.  I am located in Lake City, Fl. which is about 40 minutes north of Gainesville and 1-hour West of Jacksonville at the junction of I-75 and I-10.

  When talking about Real Estate the words honesty & integrity don't usually come to mind...BUT if that is what you are looking for in a Real Estate deal, you NEED to call Bruce Dicks!   He is an outstanding example of what a great person is, with honesty & integrity being the first priority, and he happens to be a real estate agent.  

He helped me by telling me what I needed & didn't need to do to get my home ready for the market & was helpful in quickly getting it on the market once it was done! He brought in people to see my home before the paint was dry, but it was ready except for drying time.

The house sold so fast that if only the other agencies involved had been as fast I would have closed in no time...he even stayed on them trying to keep them running as fast as he was!   This is the kind of thing that used to be common, but is NOW so very, very rare!
