At Northwest Staging & Redesign (NWS), we are pleased to have Staged many homes in the Portland area - from chic modern lofts - to restored turn of the century homes– to simple family dwellings - to multi-million estates. However, our approach at NWS is not your standard “cookie-cutter” approach. We don’t just put a couple of chairs into a room and consider them professionally staged. We look at the big picture through the eyes of a potential buyer. How will they feel the minute they drive (or walk) up to the house and when they take their first steps in the door. Does your house have unique features that need to be maximized or challenging features that need to be minimized? We see the ultimate goal as being a successful sale for the seller. As a Live Green Live Smart Certified Trainer (LGLS-CT), Mary DeBella combines her expertise as a professional Home Stager/Designer/Speaker to address consumers as well as members of the Real Estate/Building Industries on the essential elements of what constitutes a “Green Home” and how it provides for market differentiation. In addition to her LGLS-CT credentials, Mary has earned the Earth Advantage® S.T.A.R. (Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals)credential – a green residential building program prevalent in the Pacific Northwest.

Most recently as past Regional Vice President (OR, WA, ID, & AK) for the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), Mary, and her fellow Staging community have a vision of raising the bar of Home Staging throughout the Portland metro area.  Mary was the winner of the 2007 "Barb Schwarz Staging Excellence Award" - one of the highest awards in the Home Staging Industry.

Our services vary in cost depending on the requirements, size and condition of the home.  We provide the following services:

• CONSULTATIONS - A detailed report providing our recommendations which the homeowner completes themselves.
• CUSTOM BID - Pricing for NWS services, including furniture placement, accessorizing, color enhancement, decluttering, and/or incorporation of any of our large selection of leased furnishings.
  
• ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Green Education; Interior Design; Interior Re-Design; Model Home Staging, Color Consultations, Speaking Engagements & Workshops; Shopping Services, Staging-To-Live, Custom Floral Arrangements.
