Real Estate Background
I started out on the construction side of Real Estate. My husband and I own a Construction & Development company. My responsibilities included reviewing contracts and working with the Realtors to keep the customers happy. Because of some very patient Realtors we have been successful. Over the years as our children started leaving home it was a natural transition to become a Realtor. I will always be thankful to Linda, Chris, Don, Nancy Jo, and Janet for not smacking me upside the head during our weekly meetings. I never really understood all the hard work they did until I became a Realtor. Being a Realtor is not always as easy as they made it look but it sure is a lot of fun.
Starting out on the construction side and learning from some of the best Agents has given me knowledge and insight that is a huge benefit to my Clients.
Areas of Expertise
My passion has always been for New Construction and First Time Home Buyers and has evolved to include Existing Homes in Southwest and Northwest Wichita.
My Greatest Achievements
God Blessed me with Billy my husband for the last 31 years, and four outstanding sons, Paul, Brian, Benjamin, and Jesse. I guess He thought I had way too many men in my life so He Blessed me with 3 daughter-in-laws Tala, Ashley, and Mickey. I couldn't love them any more if I had given birth to them myself. Then he thought I really needed some incredible grandchildren Xavier, Vincent, Cohen, Gabby, and Sophia to complete my world. Honestly my family has got to be my greatest achievement.
