Having help build two previous companies to almost 200 million Terry made the decision in 2006 to do it for himself and his family. When the regional awards were announced for Keller Williams Realty for the southeast region of Texas which includes Houston, Terry was named Rookie of the year in just 6 short months. Then the Miller Team was named the top listing team having nearly 200 listings in the same 6 month period. In 2007 the Miller Team put over 500 listings on the board to win the regional award for #1 for a second year in a row.
