Personally my former professional life was in the area of hospitality, specifically in development and management of country clubs and city clubs. Later I transitioned into the lodging industry, specifically the Grove Park Inn Resort and then general manager of the Kelsey & Hutchinson Lodge (now Lodge at Old Edwards) and later worked at Director of Opertions for HamptonInn and Highlands Inn. Being the "best of the best" in guest relations has always been critical to me. As a GM I enjoyed assisting my guests learn as much about Highlands as they wished and based on their needs and wants suggest areas that they might enjoy purchasing.

I thoroughly enjoy working with those relatively new to the Highlands Plateau. I make it a point to give them a fast track in learning about our wonderful town and to expose them to other areas of the Highlands Plateau that they might also wish to consider.
