With Trans4med 4 U, we can help owners realize the maximum potential of their home so they can enjoy it.  If you are considering buying a home and cannot decide, let us help you determine which will best suit your families needs and how much you will likely be spending to make the house your home.

On the Trans4med to Sell side, we evaulate the sellers property and make recommendations in our detailed report.  Unlike most stagers, we then have a team of experts that can implement all of the recommendations quickly and inexpensively.  Finally, we stage the property. 

In 2007and 08 we assisted numerous home sellers.  After we implemented of our recommendations, on average the homes sold in 15 days and within 4% of the listing price.
