About Us:

Nicole is a native of the Pacific Northwest and has been in the mortgage industry for three years. She has recently made the transition into real estate. In 2007 she joined Keller Williams Greater Seattle which utilizes the latest in real estate technology and is a perfect fit for Nicole's knowledge and experience.

Nicole enjoys cooking, hiking, and supporting her favorite football team, the Seattle Seahawks.

Jeremy is a California native and also spent some of his childhood in Naples, Italy. He attended MiraCosta College in North San Diego and moved to Washington to do marketing for Costco. He made the transition into real estate and formed the Egerer & Weidauer real estate team in 2007.

Jeremy enjoys spending time with family, writing, and politics.

In addition to serving Seattle as well as the greater Seattle areas, we focus on two areas of expertise; Shoreline area homes and military housing.

As a third generation resident of Shoreline, I have come to know this area quite well. Although it is a fairly new city, Shoreline boasts a unique history and character derived from original settlements dating back to the late 1800s. The quality that drew early settlers to the area remains dominant to this day: location. The City of Shoreline offers classic Puget Sound beauty and the convenience of suburban living with the attractions of nearby urban opportunities.

The Egerer & Weidauer Team proudly supports the U.S.O. as well as the U.S. Military and their families. We believe that military families need a place to get information specific to their needs while they interact with local communities. We provide a link for military families to find owners, agents and managers of homes for sale and rent near military installations. We have a commitment and passion to help military families find housing. We also offer Military Appreciation Programs and a portion from all closed transactions is donated to the U.S.O.
