Over thirty years selling real estate in Orange County, L. A.County., Riverside & San Bernardino Counties. I believe one must always remember the basics, but think out of the box with creativity.

About Us:

Deborah entered real estate in 1977 for the largest real estate company at that time, Walker & Lee..  She went on to become a multi-milliion dollar producer winning many prestigious awards.  It was here that she met her husband, Paul. They went on to become a great sales team.  In the mid eighty's Deborah obtained her Broker's license.They opened a succesful company of their own. But, Deborah said she missed the interaction with other agents and clients...she would rather be selling than managing and running a business.  She joined RE/MAX in 1990.  At RE/MAX Deborah has been in the 100% Club since joining. She has also earned the privilege of the Platinum Club and Hall of Fame.   Deborah recently made a move to Realty Executives to work with a long time friend & business owner, Barbara Kerr.  "I am surprised at the level of professionalism at Realty Executives. They take the name Executive, seriously. I love my new office, filled with highly experienced, true professionals who know what the real estate business and caring for their customers is all about."

Paul has semi-retired, and ,her daughter, Celeste, has joined her team.  She says the reason for her success is, "I believe you place your clients first and foremost. If I help them achieve success, my success will follow." 

In marketing properties for sale, Deborah believes one must always remember the basics, but think out of the box with creativity and innovative ideas. Lead the pack, don't follow!  Be creative with marketing, but true to the facts. Know your business, know your challenges, and know how to resolve the issues without stress to your clients. The art of communication and negotiations will set you apart from the others.
