About Matt Huband:

I am originally from Richmond, VA and have spent many years living on the Outer Banks during the summers and now it has been my permanent home since 2002. I have a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, concentration in Real Estate & Urban Land Development, after which I worked in the property management field as well as banking. I have been a full time Realtor in the Outer Banks Real Estate market since 2003. Since then I have seen the ebb and flow of the Outer Banks Real Estate market from top to bottom. As Broker/Owner of OBX Realty Group I strive to provide my clients with exceptional service as well as expert market knowledge from the first initial contact to well beyond the closing.
