About SDMortgagefinder

              My name is Wayne L. Brown,  and Welcome to my Blog SDMortgagefinder.  I am a licensed Mortgage Broker, based in San Diego.  I  relocated to San Diego in early 2008 after more than 38 years in Orange County while in Banking / Mortgage Banking, and Mortgage Brokerage.  I have specialized in residential and investment lending during this time period, closing more than 5,600 loans for clients throughout California.

SDMortgagefinder is a DBA of Thor Funding & Investments, Inc., and based in Jamul within San Diego County.  My son David, who I raised from an infant, is a custom home builder here in San Diego experienced in high end properties throughout the Northern San Diego area.  We have also formed Thor Design Building & Development, Inc. from his sole proprietorship.  Together, we are striving to build unigue companies while leaving a good lasting impression with the people that we serve.

My philosophy is fairly Straight forward in that I always try to live and abide by Two rules when dealing with clientele.

                First, I try to Live a Purpose Driven Life.  Basically, this means that I let my spiritual beliefs guide me in Helping those in Need or Seeking assistance relative to real estate financing.  What this means to you is that you will Always receive Ethical, Honest, and Knowledgeable Solutions to Your financing needs.

                Secondly, and as important as the first, I Always Strive to Exceed My Clients' Expectations.  This means to you that Your Best Interests and Satisfaction Always Remain my Top Priority.
