Also one must complete 250 paid inspections before you become an ASHI certified inspector. We also print the report on site so there is no waiting. Your report will also be published on our website after you are given a username and password so anyone you give the password to will be able to go to our web page and access the report for viewing and printing. We also carry errors and ommisions insurance for your benefit. We also carry a 10,000 policy in case our inspector damages anything at the property being inspected.

Crown Inspectors are fully versed in residential construction. Mark Cassidy has built his own home of 3880 square feet. He has performed well over 2000 residential home inspections. He also was a plumbers apprentice in United States Air Force (Red Horse) unit. After his military service Mark owned and operated a profitable roofing and siding business for 6 years. Since then Mark has completed the ASHI home inspection training course and has completed all of his radon training to become licensed in the State of Ohio in Radon testing. Also he has completed the MURC training for radon mitigation course held in Columbus Ohio. Currently Mark is currently in the process to become a Wood Destroying Pest inspector in the State of Ohio. He is also a member in good standing with the Cleveland Fire Department for the past twelve years.
