My career in Real Estate started as an investor. I have been buying and selling my own investment properties in the Las Vegas area for the last seven years. This allowed me to really get to know the market and learn how to analyze it. I have transferd that knowledge into my current business. I have been involved with the CCIM institute and have gone through their CCIM Intro, CCIM 101 and CCIM 104 and am expected to be a CCIM by end of 2008.
