I Specialize in Occupied Staging!

Do you have a difficult client with piles of clutter, or extensive collections, who won't listen to your advice?  Need help getting them to de-clutter and de-personalize the home they are trying to sell?  Let me be "the bad guy".  I can help you get that house sold!  (They need to pack up to move anyway, right?)  

For $195 I provide a detailed on-site consultation, followed by a customized written plan of action.  Keeping your client's budget in mind, I prioritize recommendations that will help highlight the home's best features and minimize it's flaws.  After that, I will do as much or as little as your client wants.  The sellers can implement my suggestions on their own, or hire me to help them do the work.
