Eric & Sally,
   This is our humble attempt to try to put into words our happiness in knowing you: first of all, we used HomeGain because you get an objective viewpoint you can research on your own. Based on the info from web pages, data on homes sold along with certifications and checking on broker licenses, here was a centralized starting point with good background information.
   Of the 19 proposals we received, we asked to interview 7 experienced and licensed brokers.  Sally and Eric were our 3rd interview and although we were impressed with the credentials and experience of the others, we were certainly "wowed" with Sally and Eric's knowledge. As first-time buyers, we were very naive and surely asked many questions - yet Sally's thoroughness and caring nature made us feel like family members, we were sure she treated all her clients with the same level of patience.
   Our experience, though not an easy one, was truly rewarding - Sally and Eric helped us find our dream home!
