About Us:

I am an Arizona Licensed Real Estate Appraiser (http://www.appraisal.state.az.us/directory/Default.aspx) operating my own company, Out West Appraisals serving Mohave County, AZ. I am a REALTOR® member of the Bullhead City / Mohave Valley Association of REALTORS and a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association of Real Estate Appraisers. I am an appointed Commissioner on the Bullhead City Planning and Zoning Commission.

Appraisals ordered for lending purposes must be done through the lending institution. Appraisals for non-lending purposes, such as estate settlement, divorce, PMI removal, pre-listing price opinion, and tax challenge/reduction can be ordered by the homeowner, lawyer, accountant or Realtor through our website www.outwestappraisals.net
