We are also known as Ocean View Realty Group, which is the name we use primarily for our residential real estate sales and long term rental activities. Ormond By The Sea Florida is a quaint seaside community betwen Ormond Beach and Flagler Beach on Florida's central east coast. Ormond By The Sea is on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. A summer playground for the rich like Henry Flagler and John D. Rockefeller in years gone by, Ormond Beach is now known as the Birthplace of Speed due to the early auto races on its beaches. Ormond By The Sea is North of the Ormond Beach city limits and is an unincorporated area that is mostly residential. Ormond Beach is centrally located to many of central Florida's most popular attractions.

Al Raymondi is the broker and owner of Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc., a licensed Florida real estate company also registered and doing business as Ocean View Realty Group.
Al Raymondi was born in Quincy, MA and graduated from Quincy High School (QHS) in 1963. He Proudly served the the U.S. Air Force Security Service including January to December 1966 at the 6924 Security Squadron in Danang Vietnam. Al worked for over 20 years at Blue Cross & BLue Shield Of MA. in Boston on the Medicare program for MA, ME, NH, and VT. He is married to Diane (McQuiggan, of Jamaica Plain) and lived in Quincy, Carver, and Brockton MA prior to relocating to Ormond Beach, Florida in 1989. Al and Diane are the proud parents of Scott & Susan, both graduates of Brockton High School. Scott served in the Air Force for 4 years as a Jet Engine Mechanic at Langley AFB. He now resides in Marineland, Florida. Scott has 2 children, Scott Jr. & Samantha. Scott Jr. is currently in the US Navy, married, and has a son, Scott Allen Raymondi III. Susan graduated Bridgewater State College, earned her CPA, and is currently residing in Huntington Beach, CA with her husband, Chris Haberl and their two sons, Jake and Max. Al has a brother Dan and a sister Grace, who still reside in Quincy Mass.

Al sold us a condo in Ormond Beach in the mid 1990's, property (lot) in Palm Coast in the mid 1990's and a condo in Ormond Beach in 2007. Since we live in CT, we told Al what we were looking for. We wanted something close to the beach since it would be our vacation home. Al would email us pictures and specs of different condos. We live in CT and would schedule a date with Al to look at condos. It didn't matter how many we wanted to look at, Al never hesitated and did not push anything on us. He was always very professional as well as knowlegable and could answer our questions. If he couldnt answer our questions he would get us the answer. His staff is very courteous as well as knowlegable. Al's office also is in charge of renting our unit when we are not using it. Again, this is handled on a professional basis and we have not had any problems with renters. I would recommend Al and his staff for any real estate sales and/or rentals.
