I have been building green for over thirty years. I started with energy efficiency and passive solar design and, from the start, have been conscientious of resource conservation. As my interest in holistic health developed, it was a natural to consider healthy materials in my homes. I started as a remodeling contractor, and developed and marketed a passive solar sunroom addition. I stopped contracting years ago but always had my own rehab projects going to resell. I now mostly focus on my own projects along with a consulting service for people designing, building, renovating, or decorating their own home.

Recently, I have focused my attention on developing small green modular homes. These homes are built with the same specifications as site built homes but with better quality control. I am able to offer amazing design flexibility and great pricing that reflects the effectiveness of this building model.
