I don't work the typical 9-5.  I have been know to actually show up a couple of minutes early and stay 10 minutes late-  just kidding.  I love real estate- I love working with buyers and sellers- both offer different opportunities for me to do what I love to do best.  Problem solving and conflict resolution!  (I wasn't CEO to the Willis house hold all those years for nothing!)I got my brokers lisc in 2004.  Many years ago I decided to dedicate my life to the JOY way of seeing life.  Ask me sometime about my JOY experiences.

My sandbox so to speak is the more than beautiful part of the state.  SW Missouri is 'a most wonderful place' on Earth.  .  We have land for sale, we have homes for sale, I personally will work with buyers and sellers to facilitate getting an agreement on wants and needs.  I have a track record of working well with other agents and brokers and customers and clients (I have one sister-in-law that is a problem but I digress....just kidding- they are all my favorites)

  

Relocated my business to the REMAX Solutions office in OZARK,MO the end of Sept 08.  Plans are to continue working Barry, Lawrence & Dade counties to the west of Springfield and add Greene, Taney & Webster counties to places to 'get-er-done'.  If I can't figure out how to help you, I am sure I can find a peer to give me a hand.  be good  cw

Homes, farms, acreage, commercial- call me!

I am a big fan of the 'teach a man to fish' theory.  We strive to educate our sellers and buyers and include them in the total processes of the real estate business.  I am very hands on and direct.  I am known for playing well with others.  I am comfortable outside my comfort area.  I am also a fan of not knowing everything, but knowing someone who does.  Our office has a great sense of cooperation and sharing for the customers best interest.  Our job is to get it done right the first time so the experience is a smooth as possible.  If you are reading this section to see the awards, class accreditations etc...  I have them, you need to stop by the office to see the box I put them in.  My most prized "awards" are the referrals from satisfied clients.

Short story about a former buyer- I ran into him while out and about in Mt Vernon,  Former Buyer commented on how great it was to see me and how he enjoyed my e-mail drip campaign (from the website)  I told him he can 'opt-out of future posts if he wants.  He replied:  "No, I enjoy it, you are the only Realtor I don't mind hearing from"  I asked what that meant-- immediately thinking I could form a new add campaign-  Work with Cheryl- she doesn't stalk you!- or he could have meant, I never call,  maybe I need to check this out better-  just kidding-
