About Us:
For your real estate needs in Northampton, Easthampton, Southampton, Westhampton, Williamsburg and more !! I am a Full Time Realtor®, serving both Buyers and Sellers in the cities and towns of the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. A resident for over 30 years, and a Massachusetts licensed Agent and Broker for 25 years, I am very familiar with the various cities, Hilltowns, and neighborhoods of Hampshire and Franklin counties. This knowledge and background allows me to help with all of your real estate needs in buying or selling, residential or commercial, and owner-occupied, vacation, or investment properties.
I have also recently been awarded the National Association of REALTORS®' (NAR's) Green Designation, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR and one of the first Re/Max agents in New England to be also recognized as a Re/Max Green Specialist. More specifically, I was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to owners, and helping consumers see a property's green potential.
In October of 2009, I completed the required courses to become a CDPE. A Certified Distressed Property Expert, in response to the growing local need for competent representation of sellers and buyers in short sales and foreclosures.A Certified Distressed Property Expert® is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today's market, specifically SHORT SALES.
