I am a Full Time Realtor®, serving both Buyers and Sellers in the cities and towns of the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. A resident for over 30 years, and a Massachusetts licensed Agent and Broker for 23 years, I am very familiar with the various cities, Hilltowns, and neighborhoods of Hampshire and Franklin counties. This knowledge and background allows me to help with all of your real estate needs in buying or selling, residential or commercial, and owner-occupied, vacation, or investment properties. I have also recently been awarded the National Association of REALTORS®' (NAR's) Green Designation, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR and one of the first Re/Max agents in New England to be also recognized as a Re/Max Green Specialist. More specifically, I was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property's green potential.
