- Welcome to my weblog. My posts relate mostly to Real Estate and Mortgage Services, sometimes things I find interesting, controversial or funny, and searching for answers and advice.
About Us:
I have over twenty years experience as a software engineer in the aerospace industry. I earned my bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Park University and currently pursuing leadership courses from UCI. But my passion lies in Real Estate.
I am an independent DRE licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker in the State of California. I am a Realtor, member of Orange County Association of Realtors, SoCal MLS, and member of California Association of Realtors. I have a special interest in investment properties and first time home buyers. I have experience as a landlord and property manager for several years. I am able to originate loans in all 50 states, and have access to over 200 lenders. I believe that knowledge is power and my job is easier and much more effective by sharing as much of my knowledge as possible with my clients.
On a more personal note, my hobbies include piano, guitar, songwriting, cooking with wines, home improvements, and founding and mentoring high school robotics teams (http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4188/is_20050221/ai_n9773352). I won the Woodie Flowers Regional Award in 2005 due to a beautiful essay that the students wrote about me. The first robotics team I founded (Palmdale High School) won Regional Animation award in 2005, and the second robotics team I founded (Roy High School) went on to win Rookie of the Year Regional Award in 2006. My favorite book is "A Return To Love" by Marian Williamson, and I definitely recommend it. It changed my life and brought a lot of peace into my heart.
Areas of Expertise
I specialize in SFR detached property investments in the Northern Orange County area, specifically flip homes and rentals. I have been a landlord and property manager for several years. I enjoy helping first time home buyers, because I remember how scarey and confusing the whole process seemed to me when I bought my first home. Because I remember that fear and confusion of buying my first home, I also specialize in calming anxieties of people needing mortgages, especially if their credit is bruised. I have access to over 200 lenders and can originate loans in all 50 states.
