About Us:

I'm a full time real estate agent and I've been in the real estate business since December 2002. The biggest complaint I've heard from buyers and sellers about their real estate agent is they never hear from them once they list their home or submit a contract to purchase a home. Communication is important, so I offer a communication guarantee. I guarantee I will contact my buyers and sellers at least once a week.

I also offer an Easy Exit Guarantee to my buyers and sellers. If I don't do what I said I'm going to do,you can fire me. You'll no longer feel like you're stuck in a contract with an agent who is not doing their job.

 

I belong to the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Personal Note

I've lived in Northeast Florida since September 1999. It was a huge and very scary move, but I've never regretted a moment of it! I was born and raised in Winchester, VA home to the county music legend Patsy Cline and we lived in Shepherdstown WV, before we headed south for the winter, spring summer and fall!

2 kids, one dog and a very supportive hubby of 19 years all keep me on my toes! In the spring of 08, I realized what it really meant to be a biker babe when we purchased our Yamaha V-star. Very fun indeed! I decided my hubby wasn't going to have all theAndrew and Drew cruising along fun and got my motorcycle license too.

We are also a soccer family too! Love soccer! Both my kids play for Clay County Soccer Club and my daughter made her JV High School team. I also play on a women's league for Beaches Adult Soccer League. The fields are all over the first coast including Jacksonville, St Johns County and Clay County. Men and women of all shapes, sizes and ages. I have team mates in their 20s, 30s, 40s and one getting ready to turn 50! It's lots of fun and great exercise.
