I am a resident of a community, called “Trilogy” in Peoria Arizona.  Trilogy is part of the master planned community of Vistancia in the NorthWest Valley just south of Lake Pleasant.  What a great lifestyle and beautiful place to call home!

I am a Realtor with DevStar Realty based in Scottsdale Arizona.  I specialize in active adult style living.  My passion is internet marketing, now called Social Media, Web 3.0, blogging or just “Connecting People Virtually”.

I earned the right to be a Realtor by attending the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale.  I worked for a large franchise for almost three years learning about working with buyers and sellers, corporate advertising, agent training and MLS use. 

I entered the market at the decline in 2007, seeing prices falling and not rising. There are signs of improvement now, there will never be a better time to buy a new home.

I started working in this industry with my Dad when I was just a small child.  My Dad built custom homes one at a time, as a “side-line” to his U.S. Steel career in Gary Indiana.  My job was to carry things like nails, tools and small boards.  As I grew up, I painted, laid tongue and groove wood floors, installed insulation and helped clean up every night.

I also spent 20+ years in the Banking, Financial Services and ATM Terminal driving industry concentrating on Customer Relationship Management as a Vice President of Member Services for the STAR ATM Network.
