My name is Pam Ives.  I took my training from Lori Matzke and have learned plenty more by actually working and also continuing to research and study everything I can find on home staging.  I am in Wilmington, NC where  there is also an abundance of homes on the market right now as there are in many areas.  Wilmington is a tourist area but also has had a influx of Northerners who have retired here within the past ten years.  This area is wonderful! I can fully understand why everyone wants to move here!

 My mission is to help increase the emotional appeal of the property in order for it to sell for the best price in the shortest amount of time.  I am dedicated and commited to providing professional, affordable, creative and resourceful assistance to all homes I transform.  I have a natural flair for easy and comfortable decor, good organization and attention to detail.  All of my work is guaranteed to please the agent/homeowner.

 I have a casual, make you feel comfortable personality, therefore I am easily able to deliver the consultation results to the owners more easily than the agent.  That way, the agent remains the "good guy" and no one gets mad at me for my "expert" opinion. 

I feel the passion for what I do comes out in my working with agents and homeowners and I am hoping to be doing this for a very long time.  No doubt about it, STAGING makes a home sell faster and for more money!
