Pam Moreside is an Interior Designer, Real Estate Investor and owner of Center Stage Design home staging and redesign in Nanaimo. Her love of design and passion for Real Estate has led her to this exciting career helping homeowners and Realtors transform homes for both living and selling. She has worked on projects with budgets as small as $500 to revamping a million dollar property that sold for $160,000 over initial list price.
Pam received her diploma in Interior Design from Malaspina University College where she graduated with honours. She also holds a diploma in Fashion Design and Merchandizing.

In my experience, it is far easier to sell a home that has been properly staged and presented. These homes generally will move more quickly and for a better price and are perceived as better cared for by the prospective buyers. My advice is: fix it, stage it, and sell it faster (and for a better price).

I am writing to thank you for the work you did that resulted in the sale of my clients Brechin area home. This ocean view character home was extensively remodelled and garnered a lot of attention. We were excited with the huge response to our marketing efforts. My open houses averaged 25 couples viewing the home plus a regular 3 to 4 showings to prospective buyers during the week from all the Real Estate Companies.
