Myself and My Company
I started my real estate adventure in April of 2005. Since the beginning, I have been with Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty, which is the largest and most respected real estate company, in Bay County, Florida. I'd have to say Bay County is best known for beautiful Gulf views from the white sands of Panama City Beach.
More important to me, than its size of PSSR is that it is made up of the best bunch of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This industry may have been daunting, but the people around me, have made it all worth while. I have spent 20+ years in sales and 7 years in heavy construction and I feel that the different careers I have enjoyed have just been polishing the edges, so I would finally be prepared for this.

About the Panama City market.
As of June 2008, Panama City Florida has remained one of the top three markets, in the state of Florida, while many others have struggled. I believe one of the main reasons for our strength is the expected growth from our New International Airport. This will be the first new one, to be built in America, in over 16 years. Our New Airport is under construction right now and will open up our beautiful beaches to the world. Panama City Beach has always been a strong vacation destination, but traffic was previously limited, by the diffuculty involved in getting to the city. In the past, we have always been a chosen destination for Atlanta GA and Birmingham AL and all of the southern states, because we were close enough to drive to, but the New Airport will erase that limitation.
