I'm happy to tell you a little about me but before we do that...What do you look for in an agent?  What do you need them to do?  What expectaions do you have?  Have you been let down in the past?

If you're looking to buy, do you have the tools to find what you need? 

If you're looking to sell, do you have a system that will expose your home to more BUYERS than any other Real Estate company?... If you don't, you should. 

WHAT WOULD IT TAKE TO MAKE ME YOUR AGENT? ... If an agent can net you more money or bring you more buyers with acceptable offers, would that help? What is the bottom line?

As a Keller Williams agent, I am fortunate to have a system that can expose more buyers to your property than other Real Estate companies.  Next time you interview a real estate agent think about what it is that you want, what it is that you need! 

Some Information About Me...

  As an agent, I work and live in San Luis Obispo County located on the beautiful central coast of California.  I love where I live.  I love the community.  I'm proud to be a part of helping people buy and sell Real Estate on the Central Coast; it's a great place to be!  

  I was born and raised in Paso Robles, CA but I don't believe I'm biased concerning our community or the love of my job.  I have experienced living in other areas of the U.S. and other countries.  I've also experienced other careers.  I equate my place in real estate to my travels abroad; I love to travel but I love calling the Central Coast my home; I've had great jobs but I've found something I love to do.  

  In addition to a Real Estate Career, I have had the pleasure of enjoying many facets of life!  I have a B.A. in Spanish Literature and have worked as an acredited Interpreter for legal, medical, and miscellaneous fields of Spanish/English interpreting and translation.  Se habla Espanol! 

  I am an avid surfer; you can check out the San Luis Obispo local Surf Forecast on my blog courtesey of Surfline.com.  The pursuit to continually improve my ability to speak Spanish, to surf, as well as to constantly grow and learn as a person, fueled a lot of traveling in my life.  I will have to blog about that. 

  In the meantime, for those of you who are thinking about buying or selling: ask yourself seriously what you need and want from a Real Estate Agent!  Be specific.  What can an agent do for you?  Do they have a system to attain your goals?  What type of system if any, is it?  For other agents:  Keller Williams is a great place to be!  Its not about re-inventing the wheel, rather having key components to build your career- a proven SYSTEM if you will!  Keller Williams offers great direction, endless support and education, as well as the "lead-by-example" attitude it takes to succeed!
