I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years.  I enjoy working with clients from all over the country and take pride in educating my clients before they choose to sell or purchase a home. 

This is a very complex and constantly changing industry and it takes an educated and professional agent to get the job done.   My background consists of numerous family members being in the construction business for many years.  They have taught me over the years to know the different between excellent and poor construction.  I do the research to make sure my clients get what they want and at a fair market value.  Our business consists of a great referral basis along with internet savy team members. I have a business degree and numerous real estate certificates.  I am also one of COhomefinder's preferred brokers in the Norther Colorado area.

We specialize in mid-level to executive homes along with a strong background in the commercial field.  Our team is also experts in vintage home sales and marketing. I have worked with subdividers, builders and the general public to market their properties to the right target areas.  Buyers who work with us will have all of the research needed to make a sound and intellegent decision.

Some of our other specialities include, horse properties , acreage and mountain properties.
