I DO NOT need a home inspection
The most risky mistake one can make as a home buyer is to bet your money on the seeming
flawlessness of any property. Acquiring maximum information before making that critical
purchase can spare you immeasurable disappointment and loss.
The vast array of potential defects is limitless, wide ranging and often misleading in
appearance. Some problems are obvious and apparent, while other are elusive.
All Homes, regardless of age or condition, learning which of these potential problems underlies
the attractive surface of the new or used home you plan to buy can determine the nature
whether you will be happy and satisfied with your wise and well informed purchase or frustrated
and overwhelmed when the true character of your home becomes apparent.

What to expect
A Typical home inspection takes around one to two hour .The interior of the house is our normal starting
point.
We start in the kitchen with the appliances and proceed on to adjoining rooms and so on. We test all of the
plumbing, fixtures, operate windows, doors, look under sinks, look in closets and go up into attics if
accessible.
We do " NO DESTRUCTIVE TESTING ". Alarms and security systems are considered to be private matter
and are not tested.
After completing our work on the inside, we head out to the exterior of the house including walking on the
roof, then walking around the perimeter.
From there, we go into the basement and/or crawlspace (if present in house ) to examine the major systems,
electrical service, plumbing and other components present in the entire house.
New homes are inspected for incorrect manufacture installations and / or tradesmen errors.

Our goal is to fairly and accurately report on the condition of items in good working order, not
functioning items,
need of repairs item, and/or recommend further investigation.
We do not feel compelled to find problems to justify our existence, we strive to keep our findings in
perspective for our clients.
