Paradise California is a popular retirement community located approximately half way between Sacramento and the Oregon border, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.  We have been named several times in different publications as one of the ten best places to retire in the nation, for many different reasons including weather, community facilities, outdoor recreation and more.  Young Retirees are my niche.  I specialize in relocating clients as well as helping buyers that have not owned a home in the last three years, no matter what their age to receive up to $40,000 towards their down payment, with the Town of Paradise Down Payment Assistance prograram.

For the last year I have been in some of the best training ever in my almost 25 years in Real Estate, and that is Online Dominance.  A course presented by Michael Russer aka Mr. Internet and his astounding crew of teachers and advisors.  This website is in it's infancy, with up to 5 different phases planned now.  This website is designed for Young Retirees no matter what their age, or how far from retirement they may be.  The home searching tool is provided by Californias newest MLS provider, CalRedd, the maps now in the works are awesome!  I hope you will visit soon and often, your input and ideas are priceless.
