In Reference to: the experience and performance we experienced through David Conners’ agency.
We started looking in the Prescott area back in October 2012. With the inventory of homes at record lows, it become a challenging endeavor to find what Cathy and I were looking.
In December, we visited a property we would loved to have had the opportunity to bid on but, just sold. Our prior agency did not present this property to us. It happened that Dave was the selling agent. That’s how we become introduced.
Based on that telephone conversation on what would have been our ideal property, we became convinced that we needed someone of Dave’s focus, discipline, and skill level.
David Conners exceeded our expectations. We happily closed escrow last week.
David qualified homes for our weekend visits from the Valley to view. And we had very particular expectations. I used to put a million and half square feet under roof in California of very technical buildings for aerospace and government uses.
