Our Humble Beginnings
I cannot begin to explain our humble start in the Real Estate Business. After Paris and I were licensed in 1998, we started by representing those that I was working with full time at the LAPD.
Paris and I had just been "taken" when we purchased our first home. We were not going to allow the same fate that befell us to happen to anyone else. Our start was not in a "blaze of glory" but our name and brand has grown amongst the LAPD, LASD and CHP. It seems that those that work in Law Enforcement know others that do not :-) Early on, we started to work with civilians from all walks of life - The Rest is History...

When an agent tells me that they don't have time to learn about technology or to "understand" real estate related search, I get confused.
I need to keep myself aware of the best platforms for my clients to inquire about real estate for sale. I want to know what the best way which a client can find how much their home is worth. I think that looking for pre-foreclosures and those REO's that are coming onto the market in the future is important.
To get a sellers home in front of the most "qualified" buyers is the reason the home in question will sell. Plus, if I don't stay on top of what services are "selling" homes because of their internet exposure, I would not know that currently Trulia is beating Realtor.com as far as ranking... "I bet you did not know that :-)"
