About Me:

Commercial/residential specialist. Providing listing, buying and leasing services. (Office has property management services so I don't offer those services.) Full time agent for over 15 years. I am the Chairman of the Board for the local chamber and have served on City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission, so have a great deal of knowledge about the area and its future!

 

I love to cycle and I believe to work as I do, fitness has to be a part of my daily life enabling me to give consistent superior service to all my clients, the Chamber and to every aspect of my life.

Areas of Expertise

Started practicing residential real estate and I still do that because I love working with people as they buy and sell home and investment properties. Having been a US Air Force Brat, Reservist and Spouse, I really understand the military PCS and what it is like to move a family. I moved here in 1997 and it was my 30th move. I get the process from both the technical and emotional point of view. My goal is to make your next transaction the best! After being a planning and zoning commissioner, city councilman and mayor pro tem, I had referred a few commercial deals to top commercial agents in the area. After a few calls for help on exactly how to market and deal with different aspects of the transactions, I realized that I should just be doing my own commercial sales which I have been for over 5 years. I don't personally do either residential or commercial property management, but our office does. If I had to pick my favorite part of real estate I would say getting a good listing and getting it sold quickly and for more than the client expected!
