The Haddad Team = Experience & Expertise! I'm Pat Haddad, a broker associate at Keller Williams Realty in Fishers, Indiana, and owner of the top producing Haddad Team. The Haddad Team consistently performs in the top 1% out of more than 6,000 agents in the Metropolitan Indianapolis area (Indianapolis Business Journal, August 2010). Our business model is based on exceeding clients' expectations and creating lifelong relationships. I pride myself in ending every closing with hugs!
Education is important, which is why I continue to learn as much as I can about real esate in order to assist my clients in buying and selling homes. I currently hold the ABR, CDPE, CRS, e-PRO, and GRI designations as well as a BA in early child development and child psych. In my pre-real estate life, I was a Montessori teacher and restaurant owner. My degree and experience teaching children often comes in handy working with buyers, sellers, agents, closers, inspectors, appraisers!
The Haddad Team handles between 60 to 75 transactions each year. Our listings are on the market approximately half the days of the area average and they typically sell at close to 98% of the listed price.
I believe in giving back to the community. A portion of each Haddad Team transaction commission is donated to the REALTOR Foundation, which helps the homeless, and to KW Cares. I have helped construct a home with Habitat for Humanity, and contribute to Riley Children's Hospital and the Hamilton County Humane Society.
Animal rescue is one of my passions. Pictured at left is Phoebe, a long haired chihuahua rescued on St. Patrick's Day 2010. She joins a family of one other chihuahua, three pugs and assorted cats!
Married with a large blended family, I'm much too busy for hobbies, but never too busy for your business or your referrals!!
The Haddad Team currently comprises myself, as well as four buyer agents and two administrative assistants. Someone is always available to answer client's calls and concerns! However, I do not answer calls when showing homes, on a listing appointment or in a closing. Each client deserves my undivided attention!!
