Buying or selling a home does not have to be stressful. The process should be explained and all questions answered before listing or attempting to buy. All states have different laws and customs as to how to present and respond and it is my responsibility to make this process comfortable for you in Florida. Few surpirses and if there are, we come up with a game plan as to how to solve the issues. There is always a solution. It is imparative that I practice my strong negotiation skills along with making sure all the paperwork and follow up is done while advising all involved of where we stand and what is expected of all of us (sellers, buyers, title, mortgage, inspectors, etc... ).
Buying a home should not be complicated or create anxiety for anybody involved. It should be fun and exciting. I take care of things behind the scenes. Any transaction involves so many parties; buyer, seller, mortgage co, title co, inspectors, repair people, etc... All should be handled with grace and organization. It is my job to make that happen without you realizing how much work it is! You will think that it just happens.
With my background in Sales Management, I have many years of success building territories, managing staff, negotiating contracts and working with many different types of people from all over the world. I make things happen.
My focus:
I work mainly in Naples, Marco Island and Bonita Springs. This geographic location attracts the 2nd home and investors so that is mainly what I work with, although I am not opposed to other transactions. I have worked with 1031 exchanges, investment clubs and a few short sales - in conjunction with a real estate attorney.
Naples, FL is one of the highest median priced homes in Florida allowing me to work with many different price ranges in this luxury market. I have sold multi million dollar condo's in a high rise, million dollar homes on a golf course and entry level condo's.
I work with both seller's and buyer's. I work for the client and I always remember that.
