I have a strong commitment to the Real Estate Code of Ethics. I love selling homes and especially like to work with Relocation clients and am very familiar with most of the Relocation Company plans. I know what a short marketing time clients are allowed. My goals and my marketing are geared to a "30 Day Blitz" - doing everything I can think of marketingwise to give your home the most exposure in the first 30 days it is on the market. This is the time when your home is a "hot property" and has the best chance of selling for the most money. I have 18 years experience in the St. Louis marketplace and work with both sellers and as a buyer's agent. Interest in my community is spurred by my interest in Genealogy and I am actively working to help raise funds for and build an old French Mining Village - Village de la Vieille Mine (Village of the Old Mine) at Old Mines, MO. This community is the first settlement in the state and has a rich heritage that began long before the Louisiana Purchase. I am on the Board of Directors of the Old Mines Area Hitorical Society, Inc., designed and maintain the society's website, am Editor of the quarterly publication of the the historical society (The Diggin's) and am on the Capital Campaign committe for "Le Village". Areas Where I Work!
As a native St. Louisan, I am familiar with all areas of St. Louis and St. Charles Counties. I work mainly in the West County areas of Wildwood, Chesterfield, Ballwin and Manchester. While sounding like a large area, all are linked by two of the best school districts in St. Louis - Rockwood and Parkway. Both are AAA rated school districts and for this reason, the homes are highly sought after.
We are linked to the Greenbelt Area where we love our trees and many recreational facilities are available at Rockwoods Reservation, Greensfelder Park, Castlewood State Park and Babler State Park. We continuously offer Home Seller and Home Buyer Seminars through our office to help clients. I have a written marketing plan and for that extra mile, I offer my clients my "Prudential Plus Program". The program provides many unique things to market your home that other agents are not offering.
My favorite pass times are gardening and Genealogy. I dig up the garden and when it gets too hot to garden, I dig up the past!
