Patti Corcoran is a seasoned professional having worked in many different aspects of the Real Estate industry for over 7 years. She currently holds the title of New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and functions as not just a sales professional, but also the pending coordinator for Team Corcoran. Patti loves working with all different types of clients including first-time buyers, seasoned investors, those who are looking to upgrade and even those looking to downsize. She has earned the prestigious Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Buyers Representative Designations. Patti is a REALTOR member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, The Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service, New York State Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. This spring Patti will work on getting her New York State Associates Real Estate Broker's license and she is working towards her CRS and E-Pro designations. In the past Patti was active in the PTA for the Ellenville Elementary School, Girl Scouts of America in Ulster County as a leader and Ellenville Softball Little League program.
