AVOID FORECLOSURE-Short Sales done right!

As a CERTIFIED DISTRESSED PROPERTY EXPERT©, I specialize in working with Sellers who are in financial distress by avoiding the devastating consequences of a foreclosure through the successful negotiation of a short sale.

If you are in distress, please do not get discouraged! A successful short sale will end your foreclosure and give you the ability to move on, even give you the opportunity to possibly purchase a new home in two years. There is so much unwarranted negativity on the web about short sales, which stems from short sale transactions that were handled by an agent who was neither trained nor qualified to work in the complex, detailed world of short sales.

A home that is properly listed, properly documented, properly prepared and submitted with completed paperwork to the Lender should not end up in foreclosure. Take my word:LENDERS DO NOT WANT YOUR HOME!  Lenders want to be shown why they should accept the short sale offer presented to them. They do not just accept any uncompleted short sale file put on their desk; they have to be shown with facts, data, marketing material, etc., that the short sale meets all their criteria, plus they want all additional information about your home and the conditions in your area, city, county's market.
