What does RealestatePointe do?

RealestatePointe was established in 2001 by real estate brokers and real estate technology experts to provide a central platform of management and communications for multi-office brokerages . . . software and applications that performed well over the internet . . . public web sites, private resource centers, leads management, and all facets of listing management and front desk operations.  It's probably hard to remember back that far, but just a few short years ago it was nearly impossible to find these tools integrated together at a price that was affordable to most brokers.

At the time I was a part of a national brainstorming group of large multi-office brokerages.  As we developed these tools and systems for our own use I showed them to the group, and of course they all wanted them . . . ahhh!  the birth of a business!

To make a long story short, since that time we have grown and evolved with the real estate industry.  And, just within the past couple of years have focused a lot of energy into the Web Marketing Strategy building process.  The pace of change is so rapid!  It is a challenge to know what to do next as well as what old practices to hold onto.  There is so much "stuff" out there that it is easy to end up with a convoluted mess that isn't a marketing strategy at all.
