Patty has lived in Elkhart county for 30 years. She and her husband have 4 children and 9 grandchildren.
Along with enjoying working with her real estate clients, Patty has many other activities. Voluntering as a 4-H leader, participating in many church activities including directing/teaching mid-week elementary program & playing keyboard for praise band, accompanying for the local school music programs, some special accompianment for Northridge Middle school & High school, teaching piano, assisting with choir & band activities, helping with Northridge show choir and Elkhart Glee Club.

When working with sellers Patty tries to learn why they bought their home, along with what is special about the neighborhood to assist her in marketing the homes best qualities. In addition to signs and MLS listings Patty puts flyers in front of the home for those driving by, contacts the neighbors to let them know that the home is for sale so they can contact their acquantances that may be interested. Since close to 80% of today's homebuyers start their search on the internet Patty is constantly increasing her internet advertising exposure.
When working with buyers Patty gets to know her clients so that she can match them with the home that will be right for them. She finds it an exciting challenge to match homes with potential new owners. Looking at things like school districts, floor plans, size of yard, style of home, amenities, and location to match people with their dream home. Patty watches each new home on the market to see which of her clients it may match; sending the information to that person via email or USPS as soon as the information is available.
Patty realizes that the internet consumer will become an important part of her real estate career; she is constantly looking for ways to implement the internet in her buisness. This is why she is certified by House Values and Just Listed, has started her own website - www.WiseHomeMoves.com, participates on sites like Agentopolis.com, advertises on sites such as CraigsList, OnLine eXchange, & Adoos.
